Well i havent been doing much learning lately so thought subscribing to a Blog might keep me reading, so i thought of you ... grt work ..... nice video message .... Just a Comment, can We Introduce some sort of Attituude Development Workshop on the side lines of Initial training that Each employes get when he Join the ORG, as it might help develop the basic attitude and shape behavior and help the Org in making new employees understand the need for future change the might come their way ....

I do remember you Fawad and thank you for looking me up again. I think introducing an attitudinal change programme is an interesting approach, and can see much merit in this, however, will people come to it with the right attitude in the first place?

Keep in touch...
